[Employee] was quick at fixing the issue on my computer. Even after throwing an additional issue into the mix, he was able to arrive to our facility and solve our other issue within a small time frame.

Unfortunately he had to install a free older version of sticky notes as there was some problem with being able to update my computer with the newest updates.  But the sticky notes he installed work great!
