Our Story
We have been serving Juneau and its tech needs since 1995, but the HG story really starts in 2005. During a beautiful summer, our co-founders established their partnership and committed to bringing world-class service to small businesses in Juneau.
The early years were dedicated to deep relationships with our core clients, and building out our support product. That flagship service has elevated our clients’ technology experience and positioned us to provide quality support at scale.
As our customer base rapidly expanded over the past 10 years, the growth enabled us to build a deep bench of talented staff. Today our clients can use that team to fuel business growth and dream bigger.
